Pracę z psami w łowisku zaczęłam w momencie wstąpienia w grono członków Polskiego Związku Łowieckiego. Od tego czasu moje wyobrażenie psa pracującego zmieniało się sukcesywnie wraz ze zdobywanym doświadczeniem.
Na początku tej drogi rozgraniczałam rasy względem ich użytkowości i nadal tak uważam. Każdy pies myśliwski ma inne predyspozycje cechujące jego pracę w łowisku, dlatego tak bardzo pochyliłam się nad Wyżłem Niemieckim Szorstkowłosym. Wyżeł wszechstronny???? Tak
