Marketing consent

I hereby give my consent for L4D Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kamionka, to contact me via electronic means of communication (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) for marketing purposes, including sending trade information via the above-mentioned devices, during the term of the Contract, as well as after its termination, expiry or withdrawal therefrom.

I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data, that is phone number and email address, for the purposes of direct marketing of products and services offered by L4D Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kamionka, and entities cooperating with L4D Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kamionka, with the use of ICT end devices (phone calls), in accordance with Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 on ICT Law, during the term of the Contract, as well as after its termination, expiry or withdrawal therefrom.
